1. Ownership and Authorship

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all original written materials, educational frameworks, course content, and training resources published on this Website are authored by Marc Horn and form part of the PeaceKeepers educational framework.

Copyright subsists in these materials as original literary works. Protection extends to the selection, structure, sequencing, and analytical architecture of the materials.

No claim is made over abstract ideas, public facts, or legal principles as such. Protection is asserted only over original expression and arrangement.

2. Relationship to the Terms and Conditions

2.1 Use of these materials is governed by a conditional licence granted under the Terms and Conditions.

2.2 This Notice defines:

what content is protected; and
what uses are permitted or prohibited.

2.3 Enforcement of these rights operates through the licence and notice mechanism set out in the Terms and Conditions. Use beyond permission results in withdrawal of the licence to use.

3. Permitted Use

Permission is granted to:

reference Content with proper attribution;
engage in fair dealing for criticism, review, quotation, or reporting, provided such use is proportionate and does not substitute for the original work.

4. Prohibited “Substitutive” (Market-Replacing) Use

4.1 No licence is granted to reproduce, in whole or in substantial part, the PeaceKeepers framework, sequencing, or analytical architecture for the purpose of:

promoting or operating a competing project, channel, programme, or framework; or
substituting for the original PeaceKeepers materials in the same or a closely related audience market.

4.2 Such conduct constitutes market substitution, not fair dealing, and is a breach of the conditional licence.

5. Oral, Audio, and Visual Reproduction

Oral delivery, video presentation, or audio dissemination of PeaceKeepers materials constitutes reproduction of the work where it follows the protected structure, sequencing, or expression of the original framework, whether or not text is read verbatim.
