The primary purpose of the funds is to support people who are taking cases to court, particularly in relation to the rule of law.

Financial Risk Mitigation:

The funds are intended to alleviate the financial risks individuals face when pursuing these court cases, including helping with the costs awarded against them.

Hi Marc & all the team. I have just received a fraudulent application for a charging order from Milton Keynes Council, in the sum of £17,088.61 (inc., interests and costs)! This covers six dates, starting on 21/05/21 to 12/11/24. They have provided no breakdown and, I suspect, they have included amounts dating from 2018/19. I am using your brilliant 4 page letter to rebut their claim. The reason I have contacted you is that amongst their bundle of documents have been included six signed Liability Orders and all apparently by six different Justices of the Peace. I was under the impression that no JP or District Judge would, or should, sign such an order. These are printed horizontally across the page and contain no court seal. Have they shot themselves in the foot in any way? If these Liability Orders are of any use to you I would be happy to forward. I don't mind if my donation is anonymous or not.
