OPERATIVE UNIVERSAL CONTROL

2. PURPOSE

This page prevents hard-copy lag from becoming knowledge lag.

It records accepted / qualified universal method and control learning arising after the U05 v0.02 hard-copy cut-off.

The purpose is to ensure that:

known errors are not knowingly repeated;

new projects inherit current controls;

new tasks inherit relevant current knowledge;

negative knowledge and open gaps travel with positive propositions;

accepted learning reaches affected targets;

and future U05 hard-copy successors are built from a controlled current state rather than from recollection.

3. CURRENT-BEST KNOWLEDGE MODEL

The current universal state has three distinct layers.

STATE 1 — CANONICAL HARDCOPY

U05 v0.02

Status:
CANONICAL / ACCEPTED / CURRENT / FROZEN

STATE 2 — OPERATIVE POST-HARDCOPY CURRENT-BEST

Accepted / qualified universal controls which are operative after the U05 v0.02 cut-off and are not yet incorporated into a later U05 hard-copy successor.

STATE 3 — DEVELOPMENT / CANDIDATE

Preserved research, MAP, G150, source or method candidates which have not been promoted into operative universal control.

Hard controls:

STATE 3
≠
STATE 2

DEVELOPMENT
≠
ADOPTION

MAP VISIBILITY
≠
UNIVERSAL PROMOTION

4. SOFT-REGISTER / HARDCOPY-LAG CONTROLS

Current operative controls include:

U00-SOFT-REGISTER-POINTER-01

OWNER-CURRENT-BEST-DELTA-REGISTER-01

SPECIALIST05-REGISTER-POINTER-01

HARDCOPY-LAG-NOT-KNOWLEDGE-LAG-01

SOFT-NOT-CANONICAL-01

Core rule:

LATEST ACCEPTED HARDCOPY
+
APPLICABLE ACCEPTED / QUALIFIED POST-HARDCOPY DELTAS
=
OPERATIVE CURRENT KNOWLEDGE

Hard control:

HARDCOPY DELAY
must not force a project to operate from stale knowledge.

5. KNOWLEDGE-CURRENTNESS / TARGET STATE

Current operative controls include:

KNOWLEDGE-CURRENTNESS-MATRIX-01

NEW-PROJECT-INHERITANCE-GATE-01

NEW-CHAT-INHERITANCE-GATE-01

NEW-TARGET-REOPEN-01

PRE-WORK-CURRENTNESS-GATE-01

PROPAGATION-COMPLETE-REQUIRES-RETURN-01

IMPLEMENTATION-VERIFICATION-01

For each material target, distinguish:

TARGET IDENTIFIED

TRANSMITTED

ACKNOWLEDGED

IMPLEMENTED

VERIFIED

NOT APPLICABLE

DEFERRED

Hard controls:

SENT
≠
COMPLETE

RECEIVED
≠
IMPLEMENTED

IMPLEMENTED
≠
VERIFIED

A newly created materially dependent project reopens the current-learning census for still-current knowledge which predates that project.

6. KNOWLEDGE LEDGER ≠ DISSEMINATION LEDGER

A project may know that a lesson exists without knowing whether every affected target has implemented it.

Therefore maintain separately:

KNOWLEDGE / INSTRUCTION STATE

and

TARGET-SPECIFIC DISSEMINATION STATE

Current lifecycle:

IDENTIFIED
→ ACCEPTED / QUALIFIED
→ TARGETS IDENTIFIED
→ TRANSMITTED
→ ACKNOWLEDGED
→ IMPLEMENTED
→ VERIFIED
→ CLOSED FOR THAT TARGET

Hard control:

KNOWLEDGE PRESERVED
≠
KNOWLEDGE OPERATIONALLY LEARNED BY EVERY TARGET

7. RESOURCE / REGISTER CURRENTNESS CONTROLS

Separate:

FILE EXISTS

PROJECT RESOURCE INSTALLED

VERSION / HASH VERIFIED

OWNER-ACCEPTED

CONTROLLER CONSUMED

TASK IMPLEMENTATION VERIFIED

Hard control:

RESOURCE ACCESS
≠
KNOWLEDGE IMPLEMENTATION

Where exact hard-copy identity matters:

VISIBLE FILENAME
≠
BINARY IDENTITY VERIFIED

Use the exact binary / SHA-256.

8. RECIPIENT-IDENTITY / ROUTING FAMILY

Current operative routing controls include:

RECIPIENT-IDENTITY-GATE-01

WRONG-RECIPIENT-STOP-PRESERVE-WARN-REROUTE-01

WRONG-RECIPIENT-NO-STATE-ADVANCE-01

OUTBOUND-ROUTING-CONSISTENCY-GATE-01

ROUTE-UNCERTAIN-HOLD-01

MISROUTED-TRANSACTION-STATE-01

DOWNSTREAM-ROUTE-CONTAMINATION-01

CHAT-IDENTITY-LOCK-01

ROUTING-GATE-IMPLEMENTATION-VERIFICATION-01

Gate 0:

WHO AM I?

WHO IS THIS TRANSACTION FOR?

DO THE HEADER / BODY / FINAL TO MATCH?

If mismatch:

STOP

PRESERVE

WARN

REROUTE

NO SUBSTANTIVE WORK

NO REGISTER MUTATION

NO STATE ADVANCE

NO PROPAGATION

Hard controls:

SAME PROJECT
≠
CORRECT RECIPIENT

ABILITY TO ANSWER
≠
ROUTING AUTHORITY

CONTENT RELEVANCE
≠
TRANSACTION OWNERSHIP

9. TRANSACTION-STATE INTEGRITY

Current controls include:

TRANSACTION-ID-UNIQUENESS-01

NO SILENT OVERWRITE

PARENT / PREDECESSOR PRESERVATION

A materially revised return / transaction requires a new controlled identity or explicit additive / supersession state.

Hard control:

SAME IDENTITY
must not conceal materially different transaction states.

10. MANDATORY HANDDOWN KERNEL

Current mandatory kernel:

U00-MHK-v0.02

A safe material handdown requires:

MANDATORY METHOD / CONTROL KERNEL

+

TASK-SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE INHERITANCE PACKAGE

The mandatory control kernel includes, where applicable:

identity / routing;

transaction integrity;

currentness;

continuity;

source / method;

learning / dissemination;

state continuity;

returns awaited;

open gates;

exact next action.

Hard control:

A technically complete dissemination system cannot cure an incomplete handdown package.

11. CONTROL-CENSUS PRE-ISSUE GATE

Before releasing a material handdown:

CURRENT U00 MANDATORY KERNEL

+

CURRENT OWNER / PROJECT CONTROLS

+

TARGET’S EXISTING VERIFIED STATE

+

CURRENT LEARNING / DISSEMINATION DELTAS

+

TASK-SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE PACKAGE

→

COMPARE AGAINST PROPOSED HANDDOWN

If incomplete:

CORRECT BEFORE RELEASE.

Hard control:

DO NOT RELY ON MEMORY OF WHICH CONTROLS SEEM RELEVANT.

12. RECEIVER INHERITANCE VERIFICATION

A new / reactivated target must independently confirm that required controls and relevant knowledge were actually inherited.

Receiver-side checks include:

kernel version;

identity lock;

recipient gate;

currentness;

continuity;

successor state;

dissemination controls;

task-knowledge lock;

missing mandatory control / knowledge object.

Hard control:

SENDER CHECK ALONE
≠
COMPLETE INHERITANCE VERIFICATION

13. CONTINUITY / SUCCESSOR FAMILY

Current operative continuity controls include:

ACTIVE-SUCCESSOR-CONTINUITY-01

SUCCESSOR-PRIMER-01

AMBER-SUCCESSOR-REFRESH-01

RED-SUCCESSION-GATE-01

POST-PRIMER-DELTA-RECOVERY-01

SUCCESSION-NOT-RESTART-01

Long-running / material active chats must have a declared successor state:

LIVE

DEFERRED UNTIL TRIGGER

or

NOT APPLICABLE WITH REASON

Hard controls:

SUCCESSOR EXISTS
≠
SUCCESSION OCCURRED

SUCCESSION
≠
RESTART

LATEST PRIMER CUT-OFF
≠
ASSUMED LAST ACTUAL WORK

Unexpected failure requires bounded post-primer delta recovery.

UNKNOWN POST-PRIMER DELTA
≠
NO DELTA

14. REGISTER→TASK KNOWLEDGE GATE

Current operative knowledge-inheritance controls include:

REGISTER-TO-TASK-KNOWLEDGE-GATE-01

TASK-KNOWLEDGE-CENSUS-01

KNOWLEDGE-OBJECT-COMPLETE-INHERITANCE-01

NEGATIVE-KNOWLEDGE-INHERITANCE-01

SOFT-DELTA-INHERITANCE-01

INHERITANCE-OMISSION-RETURN-01

REGISTER-CURRENTNESS-NE-TASK-COMPLETENESS-01

KNOWLEDGE-BASE-NOT-HANDDOWN-01

KNOWN-KNOWLEDGE-NO-REPEAT-01

TASK-KNOWLEDGE-IMPLEMENTATION-VERIFY-01

Before a material task:

DEFINE TASK
→ IDENTIFY FUNCTIONS
→ IDENTIFY CONTROLLING OWNER(S)
→ CONSULT CURRENT U05 / SPECIALIST 05 / SOFT STATE
→ EXTRACT MATERIAL KNOWLEDGE
→ BUILD TASK KNOWLEDGE CENSUS
→ BUILD CURRENT LEARNING LOCK
→ PRE-ISSUE COMPLETENESS CHECK
→ RELEASE

Hard control:

REGISTER MUST ACTUALLY BE CONSULTED WHERE AVAILABLE.

DO NOT BUILD THE KNOWLEDGE PACKAGE FROM RECOLLECTION ALONE.

15. TASK KNOWLEDGE CENSUS

A material task should identify:

TASK ID

TASK FUNCTIONS

UNIVERSAL REGISTER / VERSION / CUT-OFF

SPECIALIST REGISTER / VERSION / CUT-OFF

OWNER SOFT CURRENT-BEST / CUT-OFF

RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE OBJECTS / FAMILIES

RELEVANT SOURCE POINTERS

RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS

RELEVANT ADVERSE MATERIAL

RELEVANT NEGATIVE / DO-NOT-REVIVE KNOWLEDGE

RELEVANT OPEN GAPS

RELEVANT PENDING CANDIDATES WITH NON-OPERATIVE STANDING

EXCLUDED KNOWLEDGE / REASON

KNOWLEDGE CUT-OFF

CURRENT LEARNING LOCK ID

Hard control:

REGISTER CURRENT
≠
TASK KNOWLEDGE COMPLETE

16. COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE OBJECT INHERITANCE

Where material, transmit together:

PROPOSITION

+

SOURCE / STANDING

+

PREDICATES

+

QUALIFICATION

+

ADVERSE MATERIAL

+

NEGATIVE / DO-NOT-REVIVE STATE

+

OPEN GAP

Hard control:

PROPOSITION WITHOUT ITS MATERIAL QUALIFICATIONS
≠
THE SAME KNOWLEDGE OBJECT.

17. NEGATIVE KNOWLEDGE IS FIRST-CLASS KNOWLEDGE

Where material, inherit:

DO NOT REVIVE

NOT PROVED ≠ FALSE

SOURCE-BLOCKED

NOT DECIDED

SCOPE LIMIT

ROUTE NOT ESTABLISHED

ADVERSE AUTHORITY

OPEN BRIDGE / GAP

The downstream state must not become more certain than the controlling owner knowledge because qualification / negative state was omitted.

18. RECEIVER OMISSION CHECK

Where the controlling register is accessible:

PARENT KNOWLEDGE LOCK

↔

CURRENT REGISTER / SOFT STATE

If additional material accepted owner knowledge is found:

do not silently absorb it;

identify the exact object;

state why it matters;

return an atomic omission delta;

parent dispositions:

ACCEPT

QUALIFY

NOT APPLICABLE

CORRECT HANDDOWN

This supplies an independent second line of defence against incomplete parent extraction.

19. TASK IMPLEMENTATION VERIFICATION

A material receiver return should identify:

REGISTER(S) ACTUALLY USED

KNOWLEDGE LOCK ACTUALLY USED

MATERIAL OBJECTS IMPLEMENTED

MATERIAL OWNER KNOWLEDGE FOUND OUTSIDE LOCK

NEGATIVE KNOWLEDGE APPLIED

OPEN GAPS PRESERVED

IMPLEMENTATION:
PASS / QUALIFIED / FAIL

Hard control:

FILE PRESENT
≠
KNOWLEDGE IMPLEMENTED

20. ITERATIVE GAP CLOSURE / VIGILANCE

Every material chat / controller acts as:

WORKER

and

SENSOR

At each material run ask whether there is:

a missing source;

missing law;

missing evidence;

contradiction;

stale proposition;

missing qualification;

missing parent / edge;

known lesson not implemented;

currentness failure;

routing failure;

continuity failure;

method defect;

reusable improvement.

Where material:

IDENTIFY

→ CLASSIFY

→ NAME COMPETENT OWNER

→ TARGETED CLOSURE

→ SOURCE / ANALYSIS / TEST

→ ACCEPT / QUALIFY / REJECT / DEFER / SOURCE-BLOCKED

→ UPDATE CURRENT KNOWLEDGE

→ PROPAGATE

→ IMPLEMENT

→ VERIFY

→ UPDATE TXT / HTML WHERE MATERIAL

→ CLOSE OR EXPRESSLY PRESERVE GAP

Hard controls:

IDENTIFIED GAP
≠
CLOSED GAP

CLOSED TODAY
≠
IMMUTABLE FOREVER

New evidence / authority / contradiction / better reasoning may reopen a prior state.

21. UNIVERSAL LEARNING RETAINED FOR FURTHER HARDCOPY TREATMENT

The following post-v0.02 learning families remain preserved for future controlled U05 treatment at their current accepted / qualified / merge-pending standing.

They must not be silently represented as though already contained in canonical U05 v0.02.

A. JUDICIAL CHARACTERISATION ≠ PARTY ADMISSION

A judicial description of a party’s position does not itself prove that the party admitted the proposition so characterised.

B. EVIDENCE DIRECTION ≠ MERITS FINDING

A direction requiring further evidence does not, without supporting reasons, prove that the court has already found the current evidence insufficient, defective or lawfully curable.

C. PROPOSITION-SPECIFIC PROOF DECOMPOSITION

EXISTENCE / IDENTITY / PERSON / DATE
≠
CONTENT / AMOUNT
≠
CURRENT STATE / BALANCE

Evidence sufficient for one layer does not automatically prove another.

D. AFFIRMATIVE RECORD CONTENT ≠ SILENCE

Affirmative institutional record content and absence / silence perform different evidential functions.

Silence may be relevant depending on the record’s legal function and expected completeness.

Silence does not automatically prove non-occurrence or the opposite fact.

E. EVIDENCE-DERIVATION AUDIT

SOURCE
→ OBJECT
→ CREATOR
→ KNOWLEDGE
→ SOURCE OF KNOWLEDGE / ACQUISITION
→ DERIVATION
→ FACT ASSERTED
→ RELATIONSHIP TO TARGET OBJECT
→ INDEPENDENCE
→ CONTRARY MATERIAL
→ WEIGHT / SUFFICIENCY

F. SUBSTANTIVE PASS ≠ METHOD PASS

A substantively acceptable result does not establish that:

source acquisition;

issue decomposition;

reasoning;

learning capture;

dissemination;

QA;

implementation

were methodologically adequate.

G. SAME SUBJECT MATTER ≠ SAME JURIDICAL FUNCTION

Any claimed displacement / coexistence analysis must identify:

source;

legal object;

juridical function;

predicates;

effect;

relationship.

The broader substantive displacement proposition remains source / pedigree dependent.

H. ENTITLEMENT ≠ PARTICULAR ENFORCEMENT / SECURITY ROUTE

The existence of a monetary / legal entitlement does not itself establish that a particular enforcement / security route is legally available for it.

Route source and route predicates remain separate.

22. RELATED FAILURE / PREVENTION FAMILIES

Preserve, among others:

MISS-TARGET-CURRENTNESS-01

MISS-RECIPIENT-IDENTITY-GATE

MISS-ROUTING-STATE-LAUNDERING

MISS-ROUTING-CONTROL-PROPAGATION

MISS-MANDATORY-CONTROL-INHERITANCE-01

MISS-CONTROL-CENSUS-COMPLETENESS-01

MISS-SUCCESSOR-CONTINUITY-01

MISS-KNOWN-CONTROL-NOT-PROPAGATED-01

MISS-KNOWLEDGE-INHERITANCE

MISS-REGISTER-TO-TASK-EXTRACTION

MISS-SOFT-DELTA-INHERITANCE

MISS-NEGATIVE-KNOWLEDGE-INHERITANCE

MISS-SEMANTIC-ALIAS-INHERITANCE

MISS-KNOWLEDGE-IMPLEMENTATION

The lesson is not closed merely because the failure is named.

Closure requires:

root cause;

prevention;

implementation;

affected-target propagation;

verification;

and later regression where material.

23. CURRENT DEVELOPMENT / NOT YET UNIVERSAL HARDCOPY

The following remain separately controlled and are not silently promoted into U05 by appearing in current project knowledge.

G150 DEVELOPMENT

Recursive multi-parent legal genealogy;

ratio-parent / descendant architecture;

equitable / juridical-substance abstraction;

first-precedent method;

known-parent rejoin;

common-reason-not-ancestry;

precedent-dependency diagnostics;

reasoned-judgment genealogy diagnostics.

HARD CONTROL:

G150 DEVELOPMENT
≠
U05 OPERATIVE HARDCOPY
≠
G200 PROMOTED PROPOSITION

DEVELOPING MAPS

Ignorance of the Law

Due-Process Dependency / Lawful Legal Effect

These remain development / candidate genealogy until their individual propositions are sourced, tested, classified and promoted through the proper route.

24. CURRENT WEB / TXT OPERATING MODEL

This page is expected to evolve.

Do not overwrite local historic TXT versions.

On material change:

CURRENT TXT v0.01
↓
new accepted delta
↓
CURRENT TXT v0.02

Then:

save v0.02 as a new local file;

replace the whole current webpage body;

preserve v0.01 locally and through WordPress revision history.

Hard control:

CURRENT WEB PAGE MAY CHANGE

but

HISTORIC CONTROLLED TXT VERSIONS MUST REMAIN PRESERVED.

26. CURRENT WEB VERIFICATION

CURRENT WEB VERIFICATION:
PENDING — U00 LIVE VERIFICATION AFTER THIS REVISION IS PUBLISHED.

WEB REVISION:
U05-CURRENT-WEB-20260904-02

TASK MARKER:
U00-U05-CURRENT-KNOWLEDGE1

27. CONTROL NOTE

This page exists so future MLSP work can begin from the current known universal state instead of reconstructing post-U05 learning from chat history.

Its purpose is to make:

current controls;

known prevention;

negative knowledge;

open method boundaries;

and current development status

visible, searchable and reusable.

The system remains iterative.

New gaps should be identified quickly.

Accepted improvements should be propagated.

Known errors should not knowingly recur.

Historic states should remain preserved.

28. AI PROJECT-SOURCE IDENTITY RESOLUTION

The following controls are now operative current-best universal method:

PROJECT-SOURCE-RESOLUTION-GATE-01

DUPLICATE-COPY-NOT-INDEPENDENT-SOURCE-01

CURRENT-SOURCE-IDENTITY-CONFLICT-01

PLATFORM-SUFFIX-NOT-VERSION-01

MANIFEST-BOOTSTRAP-RESOLUTION-01

Purpose:

Project/File Library search can surface:

the same uploaded object more than once;

platform-mounted aliases such as (1), (2), (3);

historic copies;

same-title but materially different objects;

or multiple candidate manifests.

The AI must resolve logical source identity before relying on retrieved content.

29. MANIFEST BOOTSTRAP RESOLUTION

Before material work:

SEARCH FOR THE U00 PROJECT-SOURCE MANIFEST
↓
IDENTIFY CANDIDATE MANIFESTS
↓
COLLAPSE BYTE/CONTENT-IDENTICAL COPIES
↓
COMPARE:
logical manifest ID
manifest version
supersession chain
revision token
AS-AT / cut-off
↓
SELECT UNIQUE HIGHEST CURRENT VERSION
IN THE CONTROLLED SUCCESSION CHAIN
↓
IF CONFLICT:
STOP MATERIAL WORK
AND REPORT CURRENT-SOURCE IDENTITY CONFLICT

Hard controls:

FILE MODIFIED DATE
≠
CONTROLLED VERSION

PLATFORM SUFFIX (1) / (2) / (3)
≠
VERSION

FILENAME ALONE
≠
SOURCE IDENTITY

A manifest may not select itself merely because it is the newest platform upload.

30. PROJECT-SOURCE RESOLUTION GATE

For every source named by the current manifest:

MANIFEST LOGICAL SOURCE ID
↓
SEARCH PROJECT SOURCES / FILE LIBRARY
↓
CANDIDATE FILE REFERENCES
↓
COMPARE:
logical object ID
controlled version
object/revision token where present
source/currentness cut-off
expected SHA-256 where supplied
substantive content identity
↓
CLASSIFY

A. ONE UNIQUE EXACT MATCH

USE IT.

B. MULTIPLE COPIES / SAME LOGICAL IDENTITY / SAME HASH OR COMPLETE CONTENT

CLASSIFY:
DUPLICATE ALIASES

TREAT AS:
ONE SOURCE

DO NOT DOUBLE-COUNT.

Do not infer independent confirmation from duplicate storage references.

C. SAME / SIMILAR TITLE BUT DIFFERENT VERSION OR CONTENT

Use the exact object selected by the current manifest.

Classify other candidates:

HISTORIC

SUPERSEDED

STALE

NON-CONTROLLING

or

OTHER DISTINCT OBJECT

as supported by their controlled metadata.

D. TWO OR MORE MATERIALLY DIFFERENT FILES BOTH PLAUSIBLY CLAIM THE SAME CURRENT LOGICAL IDENTITY

CLASSIFY:

CURRENT-SOURCE-IDENTITY-CONFLICT

Then:

STOP MATERIAL SUBSTANTIVE WORK

PRESERVE BOTH

REPORT THE CONFLICT

OBTAIN CONTROLLER / OWNER DISPOSITION

DO NOT SELECT BY:
filename;
upload time;
platform suffix;
or apparent convenience.

31. DUPLICATE COPY IS NOT INDEPENDENT KNOWLEDGE

DUPLICATE-COPY-NOT-INDEPENDENT-SOURCE-01

Five byte-identical copies of one register remain:

ONE KNOWLEDGE SOURCE

not:

five sources;
five corroborations;
five authorities;
or five independent evidence items.

Hard control:

STORAGE MULTIPLICITY
≠
EVIDENTIAL / JURIDICAL INDEPENDENCE

32. CURRENT SOURCE IDENTITY CONFLICT — FATAL GATE

CURRENT-SOURCE-IDENTITY-CONFLICT-01

Where the current manifest cannot uniquely resolve between materially different candidate files claiming the same operative logical identity:

CURRENTNESS IS NOT VERIFIED.

No material substantive answer may rely on either candidate until the controller resolves the conflict.

This is a currentness / integrity failure, not a reason to choose the apparently newer file.

33. FIRST AI-SIDE RESOLUTION REGRESSION

The first implementation test identified platform/runtime duplicate aliases for the current U00 source set.

Verified duplicate groups included:

MLSP_U00_PROJECT_SOURCE_MANIFEST_CURRENT.txt

MLSP_U05_CURRENT_UNIVERSAL_KNOWLEDGE_v0.01.txt

MLSP_U05_READABLE_CANONICAL_v0.02_v0.01.txt

MLSP_UNIVERSAL_KNOWLEDGE_REGISTER_v0.02.xlsx

Within the tested runtime copies:

each duplicate group was byte-identical;

each group therefore resolved to one logical source;

no duplicate was counted as independent knowledge;

and the canonical XLSX resolved to the expected SHA-256:

06b1a093ee8204a83211727d2f56280643947034062312a5a5b7568e1975c367

RESULT:

PROJECT-SOURCE-RESOLUTION-GATE-01
FIRST REGRESSION — PASS

Qualification:

The test proves the resolver against the identified duplicate-alias condition.

It does not prove that future materially different same-identity conflicts cannot arise.

Such a future conflict activates the fatal gate above.

34. PRE-RETURN CURRENT-SOURCE VERIFICATION

Before a material final return:

REOPEN / RECHECK CURRENT MANIFEST STATE

CONFIRM THE MANIFEST VERSION USED REMAINS CURRENT

CONFIRM TASK-RELEVANT SOURCES RESOLVE TO THE MANIFEST IDENTITIES

CONFIRM NO NEWER ACCEPTED DELTA HAS APPEARED

CONFIRM NO UNRESOLVED CURRENT-SOURCE IDENTITY CONFLICT EXISTS

CONFIRM DECISIVE SOURCE / REGISTER MATERIAL WAS VERIFIED

CONFIRM DUPLICATE REFERENCES WERE NOT DOUBLE-COUNTED

CONFIRM MATERIAL QUALIFICATIONS / NEGATIVE KNOWLEDGE / GAPS REMAIN PRESERVED

Only then:

RETURN.

Hard control:

CURRENT AT TASK START
≠
AUTOMATICALLY CURRENT AT RETURN.

35. FAILURE / PREVENTION STATE

New failure class:

MISS-PROJECT-SOURCE-IDENTITY-RESOLUTION-01

Failure:

AI/file retrieval can surface multiple file references and treat filenames or platform suffixes as if they prove current source identity.

Root cause:

storage/reference identity was not consistently separated from logical controlled-object identity at retrieval time.

Prevention:

PROJECT-SOURCE-RESOLUTION-GATE-01

DUPLICATE-COPY-NOT-INDEPENDENT-SOURCE-01

CURRENT-SOURCE-IDENTITY-CONFLICT-01

PLATFORM-SUFFIX-NOT-VERSION-01

MANIFEST-BOOTSTRAP-RESOLUTION-01

Status:

IMPLEMENTED IN CURRENT UNIVERSAL KNOWLEDGE

FIRST REGRESSION PASS

PROJECT-SOURCE MANIFEST UPDATE REQUIRED / ISSUED IN PARALLEL

36. VERSION DELTA

PARENT:
MLSP_U05_CURRENT_UNIVERSAL_KNOWLEDGE_v0.01.txt

CURRENT:
MLSP_U05_CURRENT_UNIVERSAL_KNOWLEDGE_v0.02.txt

DELTA:
AI-side Project-Source identity resolution;
duplicate-alias collapse;
manifest bootstrap selection;
fatal same-current-identity conflict gate;
pre-return source-resolution verification;
first duplicate-alias regression PASS.

NO CHANGE:
