PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY RECORD
PLEDGE NOW
Pledged £23,555.00!
Lets dangle the carrot
Let's push this to £25,000
The Challenge
5 figures for a simple piece of paper (legislation produced by parliament - exact statutory quotation) where it says parliament can do what ever it wants!!!
Show us parliament can impose its will on any individual without a binding obligation entered to by freewill.
A monetary pledge has been recorded for the production of written, publicly available authority demonstrating that Parliament may lawfully impose obligations without consent.
To date, no such authority has been produced.
Time we as a population grow up and address this head on as it has been going on far too long.
What's The Challenge
To rebut our argument.
Who Is The Challenge For?
Open to anyone however any attempts would most likely come from a law scholar of some shade (KC, Barrister etc.,)
Challenge Background
We have raised this argument since April 1st 2022 and have yet to receive any rebuttal with merit either from councils, legal profession or the courts.
Challenge Criteria
To provide written publicly available expressed legislative evidence (exact statutory quotation) that parliament can lawfully (as legislatively defined in the Act of Settlement 1700 as an individuals birthright) create an obligation that binds any individual or group of individuals.
Read This Before You Pledge
This page is not a donation page, a bet, or a promotion.
The “Win the Money” Challenge is a standing public challenge asking a single question:
Has anyone produced written, publicly available, authoritative evidence showing that an obligation can lawfully bind a person without their consent?
To date, no such rebuttal has been produced.
This page exists to record public confidence in that fact.
By pledging, you are not promising performance, and you are not entering a legal agreement.
You are doing something more serious:
You are publicly affirming that, to the best of your knowledge and conscience, no lawful rebuttal has been made — and you are willing to have that position recorded openly.
Silence, refusal, and evasion by those invited to rebut the challenge are themselves matters of public record.
A pledge is:
- a public statement of position;
- an expression of confidence in the absence of lawful rebuttal;
- a contribution to a visible, cumulative record of support.
A pledge is not:
- a contract;
- a wager or bet;
- a promise of payment;
- a demand for an outcome;
- a legally enforceable obligation of any kind.
No person acquires any right, entitlement, or expectation by pledging.
If you choose to pledge:
- your username / initials / chosen pseudonym may be displayed publicly;
- your pledge amount (if stated) may be displayed publicly;
- the record will show that you have taken a public position at a point in time.
You may choose to be displayed as “Anonymous” when pledging.
You may remove or withdraw your pledge at any time prior to any separate, voluntary payment being made.
The Public Record
The purpose of this page is to create a persistent public record showing:
- how many people are willing to stand publicly behind the position that no lawful rebuttal exists;
- how long that position remains unrebutted;
- who chose to take a position, and who chose not to.
This record is maintained openly and transparently.
