This template can be used for any COVID related claim where someone believes they have a right of enforcement and another is under obligation to perform at the claimants command!

A - Edit the CAUTION NOTICE to your specific circumstances
Numbers relate to point numbering on notice where applicable. Edits needed are shown in red on notice, and once checked change to black
Edit header - Each set of notices must have a unique reference. I just use PK (Peace Keeper is the source) / Your initials / 2021 (the year) / numeric starting with 001.
1) Enter date.
2) Enter the place where the incident occurred, or to which the notice applies.
3) Enter your name address and names of your dependent children if applicable.
4a) Enter the person you are noticing (serving) name and contact details, and
4b) Copy and paste 4a and enter every other person served at the same organisation, and
4c) Enter their employers details (legal fiction they work for). (THIS IS REQUIRED AS THEY ARE A LEGAL PERSON AND Notice to principle is notice to agent; notice to agent is notice to principle)
5a) Enter your service details, and
5b) Enter your 1st witness email address.
5c) Enter your 2nd witness email address.
8) replace a) through f) with your specific notice details
11) Add any more specific harm.
13, 14 and 15) Enter the dates by which you want each notice responded to by.
- Not urgent - Caution notice 14 days, Warning notice 7 days and Letter before action notice 7 days = 28 days in total which is Civil Procedure rules time by which a defence must be served.
- Urgent - As it is well past the precautionary principle the science should be well established 7 days, 4 days, 3 days.
- Extremely urgent - because the threat is imminent and grave 2 days, 2 days, 1 day or even 1 day. 1 day, 1 day.

1 - A complete sample of SARS-CoV2 has been isolated from a sick person without contamination by any other substances, and
2 - That SARS-CoV2 causes unique harm, and
3 - That SARS-CoV2 has been experimentally shown to be transmissible from an infected person to a healthy person.
Further, you are hereby put to strict proof that you have followed your due diligence and I require you to provide your evidence following the scientific method that does not follow logical fallacies such as;
4 - circular arguments where ‘isolation’ depends upon a test, which itself can only be calibrated against an isolated sample as opposed to any computer generated sequence of RNA,
5 - Experimentally repeated data following the scientific method as opposed to theoretical or computer generated models (i.e. real world, as opposed to pretend world).
Further you must show experimentally verified results showing the absolute quantified risk reduction to self and others of;
6 - Socially distancing, and
7 - Face coverings, and
8 - Isolation, and
9 - Lockdowns, and
10 - Testing, and
12 - Vaccinations, and
13 - Any form of tracking and or tracing including for vaccine status.
Further, the accuracy of each testing method used to claim a ‘positive case’ of COVID-19, including but not limited to:
14 - (RT)PCR test, and / or
15 - Lateral flow test and / or
15 - Any other test method relied upon.
Further, you are hereby put to strict proof that you have followed your due diligence in assessing your determination that any emergency exists by applying the false positive rate in accordance with correct science, namely for PCR tests:
16 - That the false positive rate is applied to the total number of tests,
17 - which are then deducted from the number of positive results,
18 - to give the statistical likely positive cases found by the tests in total,
19 - meaning it is impossible to determine anything by these testing methods,
By way of example using official information at the false positive rate is admitted to be unknown [1], and it merely shows assumptions of previous guesstimates from between 2004 and 2019 ranging from 0.8% to 4%, with a median of 2.3%, meaning using data as at 7 September 2021[2] the UK had:
a - 7,018,927 ‘total cases’ and 276,466,413 ‘total tests’
b - At best false positive rate of 0.8% = 2,211,731 are false positives, meaning only 4,807,195 possible case.
c - At median false positive rate of 2.3% = 6,358,727 are false positives, meaning only 660,199 possible cases.
d - At worst false positive guess of 4% = 11,058,65, are false positives which means there are ZERO POSSIBLE CASES!
Should you continue with your suggestions and or actions then you will personally be responsible and liable, either criminally or civilly or both, for fraudulently allowing the continuation of a non existent emergency, allowing the further destruction of society, for your personal benefit and at the tax payers’ expense, unless you can rebut my attached notice.

Nice one marc, im going to draft up a template using some of the substance from your templates to put an end to un necessary cancer treatment which kills thousands of people every year, to which I have GNM as medical proof to support this fact. I’ve done the online course of this just like I have done the peace keepers course, except the GNM course was not free and took me over 4 years to complete, in that time I done what I always do and take a step back and incorporate what knowledge I already have into what I am learning, and this give me the answer to big question.
WHAT IS THE CURE TO ALL DISEASE ?
To which I found the answer. and notified the head of GNM Caroline, and is still in the process of tests and research, but is starting to look positive.
Just everything else, its simple, 7 days with no food only water, hands the body back over to the brain, the brain is the master computer of you, and knows best.
Once the brain has full control it begins the healing and cleaning process, 14 days with no food, and the body is fully restored back to good, full working order, to which I have personally witnessed the reverse of authorises, MS, type 2 dubieties, and many other issues that the doctors said were un curable, and that person would be on medication for the rest of there life.
I know i can be a pain in the arse, but i don’t have a voice or a platform to air the information across to people, and do my beast to give what i do know to those that can pass it on.
It is people like you that are leading by example and lighting the way for people to stand on there own two feet, and i believe you will be remembered in the history of humanity because you down play what your achieving and are honourably not taking credit for your efforts, yes the people are responsible for making the change, but you marc are responsible for showing them how to make that change.

The ramifications that come with all this knowledge of how our body responds to all these unlawful actions being forced upon humanity is undesirable.
As the medical evidence supports claims of harm and death on a vast scale.
This will bring down the medical industry and completely change the world in ways we can not even imagine, as it highlights genocide on a global scale and will in deed shift the peoples consciousness to another level of thinking.
As fear of death by illness and decease will lift from the shoulders of every human on the planet, because I do not know any doctors that know about this, and I have tried to contact many with this information, but have failed due to unknown reasons.
My messages have been blocked and even my comments on social media get removed, face book block all contact to people of importance, even a simple zoom call to some of these people is impossible as internet connection get lost before anything can be said, like I said I have no voice and no platform.
A couple of other points you may want to consider:
The insurance provided by the mandator in case there is an adverse consequence is only in the legal jurisdiction and so the mandator has no right to claim a service be done in the equitable jurisdiction i.e. the jab be done on the body of the mandatary which is by nature found in the equitable jurisdiction.
Also the mandator is using coercion to force the mandatary to partake in a medical experiment against their will ( that’s a hanging offence ).
