It Started with a Simple Question
PeaceKeepers wasn't born in a boardroom. It began with a simple, persistent question that many of us have asked:Â "What is the real difference between 'LAW' and 'LEGAL'?"
This question sparked a journey. Our founder, Marc Horn, like many others, had felt the frustration of a system that seemed to operate on its own terms, often against the very people it was meant to serve. He refused to accept that feeling of powerlessness.
A Journey into the Books
The search for an answer led not to opinion, but to evidence. It became a deep dive into centuries of British constitutional history, into the very documents that form the bedrock of our governance: Magna Carta, the Bill of Rights, and landmark legal cases that had been forgotten by many.
The discovery was staggering. The principles were not hidden; they were in plain sight. The concepts of Fiduciary Duty, the supremacy of Equity, and the true meaning of the Rule of Law formed a clear, unbroken chain of evidence. It was clear that the people were the beneficiaries of a sacred trust, not the subjects of an all-powerful state.

This knowledge was too important to keep to one person. It was the key to empowering every individual who felt lost in the system. The realisation was simple: if one person could find this clarity, everyone could.
This led to the creation of PeaceKeepers. The mission was no longer just to understand the law, but to make that understanding accessible to all. To translate complex history into simple, practical tools that anyone could use to defend their rights and restore the balance of power.
