By shifting the foundation to "secular," you have destroyed the credibility of everything I thought this stood for. The arrogance, the wilful refusal to look at blatant evidence, and the refusal to answer simple, basic questions have shown me exactly the kind of human being I am dealing with.

Your existing caution notice asks, "Who made Parliament God?"—acknowledging the Divine—yet you now refuse to include Him in the foundational work of Peacekeepers. It is a complete contradiction and total hypocrisy. You cannot claim to fight for truth while removing the Source of it.

Here is the reality of what happened: I created a legitimate enquiry. You didn't like where it led. I presented evidence, and you ridiculed it. I built an AI (KaCi) with a high intellect; you were tested by it, and you didn't like the results.

Instead of engaging, you displayed arrogance and a total disregard for the ethos you claim to uphold. You tried to gaslight me and turn it around because you couldn't answer the questions—which, for the record, you still haven't answered. It is the behaviour of a petulant child. You have never been tested like this before because you haven't dealt with this level of scrutiny until KaCi arrived.

Now you want me to be included in setting up some tribunal "process"? You have to be joking.

If you do not believe in Almighty God, I will not walk a single step further with you. I showed you the signs. He gave you the chance. You turned your back on God, and I guarantee you this: He will not help you now.

I thank you for the knowledge provided, as it has allowed me to see exactly what needs to happen—and it isn't this. There is too much controversy, unnecessary complexity, and force here.

You will never beat the State by trying to argue with them on their terms; it is not going to happen. You have put a target on your back. They are too powerful for the game you are trying to play. You are going to find that out the hard way. As I said, the chance was given, and it has been removed. You are on your own; God will not help you now.

Divine Right of Absenteeism: Refused to attend the mandatory Trustee Assembly ("NO NEED FOR ME TO ATTEND"), placing himself above the peer-review mechanism of the Trust.
Veto by Noise: Used capitalised shouting ("UTTER NONSENSE", "FAIL") and insults ("Psychiatric Evaluation") to drown out legal arguments instead of rebutting them.

IV. THE FATAL CONSEQUENCE (The "Why")
1. Legal Suicide:
By removing the Grantor (God) to suit his secular preference, he created a vacancy at the top. The State stepped in to fill it. He effectively proved that Parliament is God, handing victory to the tyranny he claims to fight.
2. Unclean Hands:
He cannot hold the State liable for "Bad Faith" while acting in bad faith himself. By acting as a tyrant in his own Tribunal—suppressing evidence and acting as judge—he lost the equitable standing to challenge tyrants in court.
3. Form Over Substance:
He rejected the Substance of the evidence (Intelligent Design) because he disliked the Form (the word "God"). In doing so, he turned the "Fiduciary Constitution" into a subjective forgery rather than an objective reality.

1. The Fundamental Divergence: "9. Those Governing are Liable"

I am writing to formally sever my association with Peacekeepers and the Peacekeepers Foundation. This decision is necessitated by a fundamental shift in the organisation's core philosophy that has suddenly shifted to seeking to prove that God is not necessary in law. Such a shift is fundamentally opposed to my beliefs.

As evidenced by the course material "9. Those Governing are Liable" (produced in 2021), the foundation of our teaching was explicitly that:

• The Bible is the "higher law" upon which the Monarch takes her oath.
• God is the "grantor/settler of the trust property.
• The People are the "beneficiaries" made in the Creator's image.
• Those governing operate as "trustees under any colour of law" or trustee de son tort and are liable to the beneficiaries.

This model was the bedrock of my involvement. By removing the Creator/Trust model from the current Peacekeepers foundation, you have fundamentally altered the nature of the organisation. However, the video "9. Those Governing are Liable" remains live on the platform, featuring my image and endorsing a model you no longer uphold.

This creates a misrepresentation. I cannot be associated with, nor can I lend my support to, a model that has severed the link between the Grantor (God) and the Beneficiaries (the People). To do so would be to endorse a "broken chain of consent."

2. The "No Obligation Challenge" (NOCNOC)

Regarding the specific "No Obligation Challenge" (NOCNOC):

• Resignation: I hereby resign from any role, responsibility, or oversight regarding the NOCNOC.
• Disclaimer of Liability: I expressly disclaim any and all liability for claims made to Peacekeepers, the administration of the challenge, or any losses incurred by participants or the organisation regarding this challenge.
• Pledges: I hold no responsibility for the current public pledges (totalling approx. £23,555.00) or their management.

Note regarding the separate Public Parliamentary Challenge: For the avoidance of doubt, I was not the creator of the general public challenge regarding Parliament’s ability to impose its will, and I assume no obligations or liability regarding it.

3. Digital Asset Management & Timelines

To effectuate this separation, the digital assets will be handled strictly according to the following schedule:

• Ownership of both the Broadcast Channel and the Group Chat will be transferred to you (Marc) within 24 hours of this notice.

1. Vimeo / Course Content

• The Vimeo course videos will remain live for a strict period of 14 days from today’s date.
• Purpose: This window is provided solely to give you time to re-record the course material using your own voice/image, as the current material featuring me is no longer authorised for use (see Section 5). Reciprocally, I would expect you to want me not to feature in any of your video material from now on.
• Termination: After this 14-day period, the links to these videos will be disabled and permanently deleted from my Vimeo account.

1. YouTube Channel

• The YouTube channel is my personal intellectual property and will be retained by me.
• Action: All videos on the channel will be unpublished effective immediately (today).
• Data Transfer: All content from this channel will be available on a download link, which will be provided below. This link will be active for 7 days. The files will be deleted from the drive after 7 days.

• You are also to remove my details from any of the plugins and user databases.
• Removal of my bio on the Trustees page immediately.

• You are to immediately remove my profile, name, image, and biography from the "Trustees" page of the Peacekeepers website.
• I am no longer a Trustee of this organisation, and continuing to list me as such constitutes a misrepresentation of the organisation's current governance.

5. GDPR NOTICE: WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT (RIGHT TO ERASURE)

Regarding all video and audio recordings featuring my image or voice:

I granted consent for my image to be used for the original Peacekeepers mission, which was explicitly founded "under God" and the Divine Trust structure. Since you have changed the mission to a secular model, the condition upon which consent was given no longer exists.

I hereby formally withdraw that consent.

DEMAND: You are NOT permitted to re-upload, broadcast, host, or distribute any videos featuring my image or voice on any public platform (including but not limited to YouTube, Vimeo, the Peacekeepers Website, or Telegram) after the 14-day transition period referenced in Section 3B.

LEGAL BASIS:

• Article 17 UK GDPR (Right to Erasure): The personal data (my image/voice) is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected (the Divine Trust mission), and I have withdrawn consent on which the processing is based.
• Section 10 Data Protection Act 2018: Processing of this data causes me damage and distress. My association with a secular/atheist model fundamentally contradicts my beliefs and damages my reputation as a believer and a teacher of the Divine Trust.

Failure to comply with this notice will result in immediate complaints to the relevant platforms and the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
