In view of the following message from Marc about Mikey: "So he will be included - he is my 'God' and has been from day 1 that I met him...  If you exclude him I will simply copy him into everything..." I find that comment utterly unreasonable. The need for us 5 to meet and point out to Marc that he has behaved as a tyrant on the Google document "Forensic..." and face him with the complete departure from initial principles, in the hope that he would reconsider, is now irrelevant. Ironically I will happily obey the final tyrannical order I am faced with and hereby resign. I look forward to receiving confirmation that I have been removed from the records at Companies House.
