“Win the Money” Challenge
Participation & Publication Terms
updated: 20 January 2026
These Participation & Publication Terms govern voluntary participation in the “Win the Money” Challenge hosted by the PeaceKeepers Foundation.
This Challenge is a public accountability mechanism, not a game, wager, promotion, or private bargain. Participation is optional and undertaken with full knowledge of the public and evidential consequences described below.
1. Nature of the Challenge
1.1 The “Win the Money” Challenge exists to test whether any person is willing and able to produce written, publicly available, authoritative evidence demonstrating that an obligation may lawfully bind a person without their consent.
1.2 The Challenge is conducted openly, on notice, and in the public domain. It is not:
-
a court process,
-
an arbitration,
-
a contract,
-
a wager,
-
or a gambling activity.
1.3 The Challenge operates as a standing invitation to rebut, coupled with a public record of engagement, refusal, or silence.
2. Forms of Participation
Participation takes one of two forms only:
2.1 Pledgers (Public Support)
Pledgers publicly affirm that, to the best of their knowledge and conscience, no lawful rebuttal has been produced in response to the Challenge.
2.2 Challengers (Evidence Submissions)
Challengers submit written material intended to rebut the Challenge propositions.
Each form of participation carries distinct and clearly defined consequences.
3. Pledges (Public Affirmation)
3.1 A pledge is a public affirmation of position, not a promise of performance.
3.2 By making a pledge, you acknowledge and agree that:
-
your chosen username, initials, or pseudonym; and
-
the stated pledge amount (if any)
may be displayed publicly as part of a cumulative Challenge record.
3.3 Pledges exist to demonstrate confidence, support, and the persistence of non-rebuttal over time. They are intended to be seen, counted, and compared.
3.4 A pledge:
-
does not create a contract;
-
does not create a debt;
-
does not create an entitlement to payment;
-
does not depend on the outcome of any event;
-
does not impose any legal obligation on the PeaceKeepers Foundation or any other person.
3.5 A pledge may be withdrawn or removed by the pledger at any time prior to any separate, voluntary payment being made.
4. Submissions by Challengers (Evidence)
4.1 Any person may submit a written rebuttal, evidence file, or argument (“Submission”) in response to the Challenge.
4.2 Submissions must be made on the understanding that:
-
the Challenge is public;
-
submissions are intended for public scrutiny;
-
silence, refusal, or withdrawal are themselves matters of public record.
4.3 You must not submit material you do not wish to be published, quoted, analysed, or criticised.
5. Publication Licence (Challengers)
5.1 By submitting a Submission, you grant the PeaceKeepers Foundation an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to:
-
publish the Submission in whole or in part;
-
quote, annotate, and analyse the Submission;
-
respond publicly to the Submission;
-
archive the Submission as part of the Challenge record.
5.2 You retain authorship of your work, subject to the licence granted by this section.
5.3 This licence applies regardless of whether the Submission is accepted, rejected, answered, or deemed insufficient.
6. Assessment and Response
6.1 The PeaceKeepers Foundation will assess Submissions solely for the purposes of the Challenge.
6.2 The Foundation may:
-
respond in full,
-
respond in part,
-
group Submissions,
-
summarise themes,
-
or decline to respond where a Submission does not engage the Challenge propositions.
6.3 No assessment or response constitutes legal advice, a judicial determination, or a binding ruling.
7. Public Record, Silence, and Persistence
7.1 The Challenge is intended to create a persistent public record of:
-
submissions made,
-
responses given,
-
pledges recorded,
-
and periods of non-engagement or silence.
7.2 Silence, refusal to engage, or failure to rebut after notice are not treated as neutral events. They are recorded as part of the Challenge history.
7.3 The PeaceKeepers may retain, display, archive, or anonymise Challenge materials to preserve the integrity and continuity of that record.
8. Relationship to Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Personal data associated with participation is handled in accordance with the PeaceKeepers Privacy Policy.
8.2 These Terms govern content submission, publication, and public accountability, not general data protection rights.
9. No Creation of Legal Relations
9.1 Nothing in these Terms is intended to create, or shall be construed as creating:
-
a contract,
-
a wager,
-
a gambling arrangement,
-
a fiduciary duty,
-
or any legally enforceable obligation.
9.2 Participation binds conscience and position, not the courts.
10. Voluntary Nature of Participation
10.1 Participation in the Challenge is entirely voluntary.
10.2 Declining to participate does not restrict access to other PeaceKeepers materials unless expressly stated elsewhere.
11. Changes to These Terms
11.1 These Terms may be updated from time to time.
11.2 The version in force at the time of participation applies to that participation.
